LEAD PASTOR
Dr. John Mark Harrison
Dr. John Mark Harrison has been the Pastor of First Baptist Concord since 2018. John Mark surrendered to ministry while attending The University of Alabama, where he met his wife Brigitte. John Mark and Brigitte have two children, Cade and Mia. He received his bachelor’s degree from Samford University and holds Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry degrees from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary.
His favorite part of ministry is to see people come to know Christ, learn to walk with Christ, find out what gifts and abilities God has given them, and then discover their ministry in the church. He appreciates the leadership challenges of the established church and desires to lead the church to impact its community for Christ.
